Transport Technology Systems, Ltd. is a Cayman Islands registered company. Through its wholy owned subsidiary, TTS China, Ltd., the company offers end-to-end ticketing solutions for highway travel in China.

Highway travel through buses is the largest mode of passenger transportation in China. 16.8 billion passengers traveled through bus in 2005 in China.

Management

Bin Ma - Founder, Chairman

Bin is a co-founder of TTS. Bin has over 20 years of IT entrepreneur experience in China. Since the 80s, Bin has founded four high tech companies in China, involved in the architecture and system integration of IT systems for the aerospace, railroad, highway industries. Bin led the IT implmentation of several high profile national projects, such as the Three Gorges Dam, the Capital Airport, and the Beijing Transportaion Hub. Bin was named as a Distinguished Young Entrepreneur in China. Bin studied computer science, and received an MBA from Nanjing University Business School.

Steve Xi Chen - Founder, President, CEO

Steve is a co-founder of TTS. Steve is experienced in software architecture and international finance and business development. Prior to TTS, Steve served as CEO of two successful Silicon Valley high tech companies serving wireless telecom and consumer Internet industries. Steve successfully negotiated technology, investment, partnership, and business development agreements with AOL, Yahoo, US Postal Service, and Deutsche Telekom in areas of consumer related software products with over 10 million product downloads per month. Steve received BA from UC Berkeley and MS from Carnegie Mellon University.

Chaosheng Zhang - Executive Vice President

Chaosheng brings to the management team over 10 years of experience in IT management and operations. Chaosheng has been involved in major IT system design and implementation in China. Chaosheng was the chief operations officer for several major national IT projects. Chaosheng also brings to the management team clear vision of successful and scientific management of IT projects. Chaosheng is conversant in English and has a great deal of management experience in the US and Japan. Chaosheng studied radio technology, and received a MBA from Southeast University.

Wei Wang - Director of Networking Infrastructure

Wei has over a decade of IT system integration experiences. Wei is known in the Chinese transportation industry as a designer of IT systems for major high-profile projects. Wei has independently designed the IT architecture of major international airports, railroad, and highway transporation hubs. Wei is at the forefront of IT networking development. Wei is fluent in English. Wei studied computer networking at Nanjing University.

Hao Lu - Director of Software Infrastructure

Hao brings to the management team over a decade of software architecture and implementation experience focused on the transportation industry. Hao designed several transportation management and operations software systems for Beijing and a great number of other metropolitan areas in China. Hao is a member of the expert team advising the Ministry of Communications (Transportation) for the 10th Five Year Plan in China. Hao studied computer science from Northeast University.

Gehong Tian - Marketing Director and General Manager (Beijing)

Gehong brings to the management team over a decade of marketing and sales experience. Gehong has been involved in the government procurement processes of a number of national transportation projects in China. Gehong is very keen to the latest development trends in the national transportation industry. Over the last decade, Gehong has led teams successfully in the bidding processes of major national IT projects in China, especially with Beijing and relevant central government agencies. Gehong studied Chinese Culture and History, and received an EMBA from Tsinghua University.

Huairong Wang - Director of Operations and Finance

Huairong brings to the team over a decade of experience in complexe project operations management and project finance control and analysis. Huairong has extensive experience and well established working relationships with major financial institutions for project financing. Huairong works with accounting firms for internal finance control and audit and HR related matters.
